1. Shipping Charges (Hamari Tarf Se Tohfa!)

  • Free Shipping: Hum pure India mein sabhi prepaid orders par 100% Free Shipping provide karte hain. Aapko koi bhi hidden delivery charge nahi dena hoga.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Agar aap Cash on Delivery select karte hain, toh ek chhota sa nominal COD handling fee applicable ho sakta hai, jo aapko checkout page par clear dikh jayega.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Jaise hi aap hamari website par order place karte hain, hamari team quality check karke use 24 to 48 hours (working days) ke andar hamare warehouse se dispatch (ravana) kar deti hai.

  • Sunday aur Public Holidays ke din hamare logistics partners operational nahi hote, isliye weekend par place kiye gaye orders Monday ko dispatch kiye jaate hain.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Aap tak kab tak पहुंचेगा?)

Aapka order dispatch hone ke baad, delivery timeline aapke location par depend karta hai:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) 2 to 4 Working Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities (State Capitals & Major Towns) 3 to 5 Working Days
Rest of India (Remote Areas & Northeast) 5 to 7 Working Days

Note: Kuch un-avoidable situations jaise kharab mausam (bad weather), strikes, ya festival season ke heavy rush ki wajah se delivery mein 1-2 din ka delay ho sakta hai. Aise cases mein hamari team aapko inform rakhegi.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking (Apne Order Par Nazar Rakhein)

  • Jaise hi aapka order hamare warehouse se niklega, aapko aapke registered Email ID aur Phone Number par ek tracking link aur AWB (Tracking Number) mil jayega.

  • Aap us link par click karke real-time mein check kar sakte hain ki aapka package kaha tak pahuncha hai aur kis din deliver hoga.

5. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address Issues

Hum chahte hain ki aapka order pehli baar mein hi sahi-salami aap tak pahunche. Iske liye kripya in baaton ka dhyan rakhein:

  • Checkout karte waqt apna Complete Address, Landmark, aur Correct Pin Code zaroor check kar lein.

  • Courier partner delivery se pehle aapko call karte hain. Agar aap 3 attempts ke baad bhi call nahi uthate ya address par available nahi hote, toh order vapis hamare warehouse aa jata hai (RTO).

  • Aise case mein order dobara ship karne ke liye extra shipping charges lag sakte hain.

6. Damaged In Transit (Raaste Mein Damage Hona)

Hamari packaging bohot hi premium aur sturdy hoti hai taaki product ko kuch na ho. Phir bhi, agar aapko lagta hai ki courier box deliver hote waqt phata hua ya damaged hai, toh:

  • Kripya delivery accept karne se pehle hi delivery boy ke samne ek Unboxing Video bana lein.

  • Humen 48 hours ke andar support@asroyalchoice.com par video ke sath contact karein, hum bina kisi sawal ke aapko naya product bhej denge.
