To ensure a seamless and premium shopping experience from start to finish, we have designed a fair, transparent, and easy Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Hum apne customers ko ek 7-Day Return & Exchange Window dete hain.

  • Aap product delivery ke 7 dino ke andar return ya exchange request raise kar sakte hain.

  • 7 din poore hone ke baad, unfortunately, hum kisi bhi return ya refund request ko accept nahi kar payenge.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Return ya Exchange process ko smoothly complete karne ke liye, product ka niche di gayi conditions mein hona zaroori hai:

  • Product bilkul unused, unwashed, aur original condition mein hona chahiye.

  • Product ke sath uski original packaging, tags, labels, aur invoices ka hona mandatory hai.

  • Agar kisi product ke sath koi freebie ya complimentary gift mila tha, toh return karte waqt use bhi sath mein vapis bhejna hoga.

Non-Returnable Items: Kuch specific items jaise customized/personalized products, innerwear/hygiene items, ya Clearance Sale mein kharide gaye items par return ya exchange applicable nahi hota (unless delivery ke waqt wo damaged mile hon).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return process start karna behad aasan hai. Aap niche diye gaye steps ko follow kar sakte hain:

  1. Step 1: Hamari customer support team ko ek email bhejein support@asroyalchoice.com par ya asroyalchoice@gmail.com par.

  2. Step 2: Email ke Subject line mein apna Order Number likhein aur saath mein product ki clear pictures ya ek chhoti video attach karein (agar product damaged ya wrong deliver hua hai).

  3. Step 3: Hamari team 24-48 hours ke andar aapki request ko review karegi aur reverse pickup initiate kar degi.

Note: Agar aapke pin code par reverse pickup available nahi hai, toh hamari team aapko guide karegi ki aap product ko hamare warehouse address par kaise ship kar sakte hain. Aise case mein shipping charges hamari taraf se reimburse kiye jayenge.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Hamari team har product ko ship karne se pehle kadi quality checking se guzarti hai. Lekin agar transit (raaste) mein product damage ho jata hai ya aapko koi wrong item milta hai:

  • Hum bina kisi extra charge ke aapko Free Replacement ya Full Refund provide karenge.

  • Aapko bas product milne ke 48 hours ke andar hamari team ko product ki unboxing video ya images ke sath notify karna hoga.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Jaise hi aapka return kiya hua product hamare warehouse mein receive hota hai, hamari quality team use inspect karti hai. Product check hone ke baad hum aapko email par update bhejenge.

  • Prepaid Orders: Agar aapne Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, ya UPI se payment kiya tha, toh refund direct aapke Original Payment Source mein 5 to 7 working days ke andar credit ho jayega.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders ke refunds ke liye hamari team aapase aapki Bank Account details ya UPI ID maangegi, aur verify hone ke baad 3 to 5 working days mein paisa aapke account mein secure tarike se transfer kar diya jayega.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Aap apna order tab tak cancel kar sakte hain jab tak wo hamare warehouse se Ship/Dispatch nahi ho jata.

  • Ek baar order dispatch hone ke baad cancellation possible nahi hoga. Aise case mein aapko product receive karke use return process ke through hi vapis bhejna hoga.
